1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Piko, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
People under 18 may use Piko with permission and supervision from a legal parent or guardian. The parent/guardian should read and agree to these Terms for that use. If you use Piko for an organization, you represent that you can accept these Terms for it.
2. What Piko provides
Piko is software for recording income and expenses, processing conversational instructions, reading optional inputs such as receipts or audio, and reviewing records. Features may be changed, added, restricted, or discontinued for operational, security, legal, or product reasons.
Piko is not a bank, wallet, accountant, investment adviser, tax consultant, or financial adviser. Piko does not hold or transfer your money.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and update it when it changes.
- Protect passwords, sign-in codes, devices, and integration access.
- You are responsible for account activity to the extent permitted by law, except where access results from Piko’s fault.
- Notify the operator through an official channel if you suspect misuse.
4. Your content and a limited license
You retain rights in content you enter. You grant Piko a limited, non-exclusive license, only for as long as needed, to store, process, copy, and display that content to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Make sure you have the right to upload it. Do not submit someone else’s secrets, full payment credentials, passwords, card numbers, or sensitive data that is not needed.
5. Review all AI output
AI, OCR, and transcription systems can misread amounts, dates, categories, speech, or context. You must review and correct records before relying on them for decisions, reporting, tax, payment, or disputes.
Summaries and insights are general information, not professional recommendations or guarantees of any financial outcome.
6. Prohibited use
- Breaking law or infringing intellectual property, privacy, or another person’s rights.
- Accessing another account, defeating security, avoiding limits, or disrupting the service.
- Sending malware, spam, fraudulent content, or automation that creates an unreasonable load.
- Reselling, reverse engineering, substantially copying the service, or using output for high-risk activity without appropriate human review.
7. Integrations and third parties
Some features depend on third parties such as cloud storage, AI models, Telegram, email, anti-bot services, or browser notifications. Their own terms and policies may apply. Piko does not control outages or changes wholly within those services, but will take reasonable steps to maintain Piko.
8. Fees and plan changes
If Piko offers paid plans, price, term, tax, features, and cancellation details will be shown before purchase. Amounts already due are non-refundable unless law requires otherwise or the purchase terms say otherwise. Price changes apply prospectively with reasonable notice.
9. Availability, termination, and data
We work to keep Piko available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, incidents, or events outside our control may cause disruption.
You may stop using Piko at any time. The operator may restrict or close access for breach, security risk, legal duty, or service discontinuation. Where reasonable and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to retrieve data before permanent closure.
10. Intellectual property
Except for user content, Piko and its design, software, branding, mascot, and service materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you.
11. Using Piko responsibly
Piko is a record-keeping tool provided as it is. AI results, OCR, transcription, reports, and service availability may contain errors or interruptions. Review your records before using them for financial, tax, payment, or other important decisions.
Piko is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You decide whether and how to use the records created with Piko.
12. If something goes wrong
For questions, record errors, or use-related problems, contact us through support or Threads. We will first try to resolve them directly, reasonably, and in a friendly manner. Each side’s rights and responsibilities still follow the rules that apply.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for service or legal changes. Material updates will be reasonably announced and apply prospectively. If you disagree, you may stop using Piko before the effective date.
Questions may be sent through the official support channel shown in the app or the official Piko channel through which you received access.
